We’re pleased to share some exciting updates about the future direction of Sota.

Earlier this year, Ben Smoker was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Ben has been an integral part of Sota for the past 11 years, serving as Finance Director and later as Chief Financial Officer. His leadership has been instrumental during a significant period of growth and transformation.

At the same time, our founder, Paul Cowham, resumed his role as Chairman, bringing fresh energy and deep-rooted commitment to help guide Sota into its next era. We also welcomed Piers Roberts to the board as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening our commercial leadership and supporting a more strategic, partnership-driven sales approach.
