Mental Health Awareness Week

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the Sota team came together to show support for a cause that touches every part of our lives, mental health.

At Sota, we recognise that mental health isn’t just one aspect of wellbeing, it’s at the heart of how we think, feel, work, and connect with others. From managing stress at work to navigating challenges at home, it affects us all, and that’s why we’re committed to building a workplace culture that prioritises empathy, understanding, and open conversation.

To mark the week, members of our team took time out to join lunchtime wellbeing walks around the beautiful Cromers Wood. The walks were a chance to step away from our desks, soak up some sunshine, and connect with each other outside of the usual work setting.

Walking side by side, sharing stories, and enjoying a few laughs reminded us of the power of small moments, and how combining gentle physical activity with social connection can make a big difference to our mental wellbeing.
