Based in the North of Kent, we’ve been providing IT services in Essex, London and the South East for 35 years. From our origins in accounting software design, we moved onto hardware, before seeing the potential of online services. The opening of our first commercial-grade data centre in 2004 was the start of our journey towards being a premier cloud services provider.
Our independent data centres are based in nearby Kent, and provide cloud computing services to over 500 businesses and more than 10,000 users across the country. As Microsoft Gold Partners, we can manage a Microsoft Azure deployment, as well as Microsoft SharePoint. We’ll ensure that your new cloud environment is configured to your organisation’s needs, while our 24/7 support desk will help to address any teething problems. We also have substantial experience with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS)—ensuring that you get the most out of whatever cloud solution you choose.

Sota also offers a private colocation service. Rackspace in our secure Kent data centres is both affordable and highly accessible, with 24/7 access whenever you need it. Our facility at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne is less than an hour from London by train, and conveniently situated just off the M2.
Our data centres are optimised to ensure minimal power consumption from all of our infrastructure, including your colocated servers. Our cabinet configurations meanwhile can accommodate almost any setup—particularly in combination with our expert on-site technical team.

SotaProtect customers can also benefit from our two workplace recovery suites, providing you with business continuity in the event of a workplace disaster. Any office visits will be arranged on a per client basis.
